The Project Manager for Availity's Intelligent Utilization Management (UM) solution leads the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that drive transformative change in healthcare authorization workflows. This role requires a blend of organizational, technical, and leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, manage resources, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives. This role will report to the Medical Director of Availity's Intelligent Utilization Management solution.

To be qualified for this role, you have :

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, Information Technology, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
• 37 years of project management experience managing cross-functional teams. Experience in healthcare technology, utilization management, or AI-driven solutions is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success delivering cross-functional projects on time and within budget.
• Familiarity with healthcare authorization workflows, payer / provider dynamics, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Trello).
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile / Scrum, or other project management certification a plus.
