Compensation : $40,000-$50,000 including bonus structure and benefits

We're looking for a driven, organized, and people-focused Assistant Center Director to help manage daily operations and support our admin team. You'll be a key point of contact for families-keeping them informed, addressing their needs, and making sure their students are making real progress.
This is a fast-paced, multitasking role where you'll wear many hats-from managing schedules and systems to working directly with students and parents. You'll join a passionate team committed to creating a positive, productive learning environment for all.
What You'll Do
Student & Family Experience
Deliver one-on-one or small-group instruction in reading, writing, and mathBuild strong relationships with students and familiesAnswer phones, respond to texts and emails, and manage walk-in inquiriesHandle customer service concerns with empathy and professionalismTake tuition payments and explain program details to familiesFacilitate new student onboarding and ensure consistent, high-quality service throughout the student lifecycleCenter Operations
Manage daily schedules for students and teachers, adapting quickly to last-minute changesMaintain accurate student records, including attendance, assessments, and tuition statusProcess and track tuition payments and monthly invoicesMonitor office inventory and manage suppliesTeam Support
Assist with student behavior management as neededHelp recruit and onboard new staff, and provide ongoing support to teachersParticipate in marketing initiatives and local outreach eventsConduct regular student progress check-ins and communicate updates to other adminsWhat You Bring
Bachelor's degree requiredPrior experience in education, tutoring, customer service, business admin, or related fieldsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExcellent time management and multitasking abilitiesAble to switch between tasks and manage interruptions gracefullyProfessionalism, warmth, and the ability to stay calm under pressureTech-savviness and ease navigating multiple systemsComfortable navigating multiple digital platforms, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Outlook, Calendly, payment processors, and internal proprietary systemsWhat We Offer
