AR - RN / LPN Full Time Evenings - Asst. Living - Sign On Bonus

Arbor Rose has an immediate position for an RN / LPN to join our team for our Assisted Living residents. The full time position offers competitive salary and a full range of benefits. Your schedule is full time evening, every other weekend.

Arbor Rose, established in 2008 is a 82 Apartment Assisted Living facility in New Britain, CT. Established under the will executed by Augustus Jerome, Arbor Rose is a privately-owned, not-for-profit organization. Our Assisted Living Facility includes Independent, Assisted and Memory Care.

A sign on bonus of $2000 is being offered for this full-time position. The bonus will be paid out over a one year period.

We have severalon-line programs currently being used by our staff :

• Matrix is used as our EMR
• Inovalon is our on-line scheduling program. At the click of a button, you can request time off or request to pick up a shift. You can also send email / text notification to request coverage of an open shift
• Relias is our on-line education program. Classes are assigned via email for you to complete in the allotted time at your own pace
• Paylocity is our online payroll system. We are all direct deposit and you are able to view your check right online. In addition, we communicate to staff through this system
