Sr. Toxicology Associate

Duration : 06 Months Location : Remote HOURS : 40 / week. Core Hours of 9 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM (CST) with consistency of schedule. Some work may occur outside of normal business hours. Possibility for permanent hire based on performance. Job Description Required Education : PhD or Master’s degree in toxicology or a related field Top 5 Required Skills : 4+ years of human health risk assessment experience Proficiency in toxicity study protocols and interpretation Familiarity with global hazard and risk frameworks (e.g., GHS, CLP, SCCS) Ability to locate, evaluate, and distill hazard and exposure information from authoritative databases (e.g., ECHA, EPA, FDA) and peer-reviewed literature Strong track record of communicating technical subject matter with diverse audiences Technology Proficiencies : Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.) OECD QSAR Toolbox US EPA CompTox Dashboard Preferred Attributes : Pest control and / or cosmetic and personal care product safety assessment experience strongly preferred Knowledge and application of : OECD and OPPTS study guidelines Adverse outcome pathways (AOPs) Application of New Approach Methodologies (NAMs), e.g., in vitro alternatives, strategies to reduce animal testing Endocrine disruptor assessment Inhalation exposure modeling PBPK modeling About US Tech Solutions : US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
