Key Responsibilities
Support adoption efforts by providing technical guidance and best practices to customers
Assist in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting integration workflows on the platform
Conduct enablement sessions to help customers understand technical concepts and platform capabilities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Engineer
Foundational understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integration principles
Basic experience with cloud-based applications like NetSuite, Shopify, or Salesforce
Experience using tools like Salesforce or customer support platforms is a plus
