Medical Director, Clinical Development (Neurology)

Location : Greater Boston, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite weekly)

Our client, a leading biopharmaceutical company focused on neurology and neuro disorders, is seeking a Medical Director of Clinical Development to join their team. This role offers significant influence over clinical strategy, trial design, and regulatory engagement for cutting-edge neurological programs.

Responsibilities :

• Design and oversee early- and late-stage clinical trials for neurologic disorders.
• Serve as Global Clinical Lead across multiple programs.
• Author and review study protocols, CSRs, and regulatory documents.
• Provide medical oversight and data review during clinical trials.
• Engage with regulatory agencies, KOLs, and external partners.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, translational, and commercial teams.
• Represent the company at scientific and medical meetings.
