We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join their team and contribute to the financial success of their diverse real estate ventures.
As the Bookkeeper , you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining financial precision, overseeing daily tasks such as managing accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries with meticulous attention.
In addition, you will process property-related transactions, collaborate seamlessly with internal teams, and deliver comprehensive reports to contribute to well-informed decision-making in their dynamic real estate ventures.
Bookkeeper Responsibilities :
You will play a crucial role in the day-to-day financial operations
Manage various bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and general ledger entries. You will diligently reconcile bank statements, ensure financial accuracy and process property-related transactions, such as rental income and expenses
Collaborate with internal teams, you will provide essential financial data and prepare comprehensive reports that highlight key performance indicators across their diverse real estate portfolio
Ensure compliance with industry-specific financial regulations and standards
Bookkeeper Qualifications :
Proven accounting acumen, ideally within the real estate industry
Proficiency in bookkeeping software and Microsoft Excel will be crucial for success in this role
Knowledge of real estate accounting principles and regulations is highly desirable
Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential as you navigate the dynamic landscape of real estate finance
