What Youll Do :

Manage the entire sales process from lead to delivery

Guide customers through product selection and financing

Provide exceptional service before and after the sale

Build lasting relationships and ensure customer satisfaction

Compensation & Growth :

Average earnings of $7800 / month selling an average of 10 units / month

Paid training for your first 4 weeks

Commission-based pay plan with unlimited earning potential

SERVICE TECHNICIANS

If you have experience in HVAC Electrical Plumbing Carpentry Mechanical Repair Maintenance or Appliance Service we want to talk to you!

What Youll Do :

Diagnose and repair issues with RV electrical plumbing HVAC and appliance systems

Perform preventive maintenance including oil changes battery checks and brake inspections

Install accessories such as hitches awnings and backup cameras

Track repairs and communicate with service advisors and managers

Maintain a clean organized work area

What Were Looking For :

1 year of mechanical maintenance or technical repair experience (RV experience a plus)

Ability to work with hand / power tools

Valid drivers license and clean driving record
