Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a two-shift, MondayFriday operation. We're seeking a strong, results-driven leader with proven expertise in strategic planning and execution to drive operational excellence across both shifts. Provide strategic direction and operational support to meet the established goals for a small to medium sized warehouse which carries a broad scope of responsibilities and complexity. Operate facility while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams by providing consistent coaching and performance feedback to ensure operational efficiency and employee growth.
• Drive achievement of company goals through performance metrics, including internal and external KPIs such as Labor to Revenue (LTR), truck turn times, and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Analyze warehouse operations, processes, and costs to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to support business development effortscontribute to strategic planning, prospecting, pricing, contract negotiations, and customer onboarding.
• Foster a strong culture of customer service and ensure long-term client relationships across the facility.
• Oversee and manage budgets, capital expenditures, equipment, and space utilization to align with corporate objectives and cost targets.
• Support and uphold food safety, quality assurance, and employee health and safety standards through proper handling, storage, and distribution of products.
