Registered Nurse II

We are hiring Registered Nurse II for one of our clients in Trenton, NJ.

Job Description :

• Attend cross-shift Report each morning.
• Make Rounds locate emergency equipment, fire alarm & key,
• Unit Census.
• Perform incoming &outgoing Narcotic count.
• Prepare staff assignments.
• Participate in Treatment Team Mtgs.
• Assess patients under your charge and complete all documentation for them.
• Attend & supervise cafeteria (breakfast & lunch).
• Complete any In- cident Reports or Restraint documentation that occur during your shift.
• Acknowledge, Prep / Transcribe doctor's orders.
• Attend & assist in medical or psychiatric emergencies that may occur during your shift.
• Complete all nursing responsibilities.
