Our client, a world leader in life sciences and diagnostics, is looking for a " Project Manager (SAP / ITSM in Pharma / Life Sciences) " based out of Indianapolis, IN

Duration : 2 Year Long Contract (Possibility Of Extension)

Ensure that all PMO aspects of the Deployment Project(co-creating one harmonized process house across the client's enterprise, with SAP S / 4HANA at its core) are considered, understood, and followed.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for Methodologies and Governance and to execute PMO processes, owns Backlog Management process and tools
  • Leads all deployment PMO activities
  • Drives all key PMO activities associated with the project and works closely with the PMO Lead, Deployment Leads, technical teams, and implementation partner(s) to ensure successful delivery of the program.
  • Incorporates and enhances functional / project species to ensure milestones are properly linked to overall milestones(critical path)
  • Executes the Change Control Process for the respective areas of responsibility
  • Risk, Issue, Assumptions, Decisions Management and Scope management
  • Schedule Management
  • Management of Status & Progress Reporting
  • Project Templates and Documentation Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in related specialization areas
  • Solid Project Management skills with a proven track record in the successful management of large project streams
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully direct, coordinate, and strategically integrate multiple streams of information and activities
  • Demonstrated capabilities in teamwork and leadership on considerable change efforts
  • Strength in project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Ability to work across multiple international time zones

    • Nice to Haves

  • Experience in large IT Service Management Projects
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical environment is preferred
