Job descriptionSeeking a board certified or eligible physiatrist Opportunity to work part-time or full-time If you want to cover weekends only or sporadic vacations for the group, they would be interested, as well Inpatient rehab facility and skilled nursing facilities Four physicians in the market Shared call of 1 : 4 (inpatient rehab facility only) No call for SNFs See 18-20 patients per day at the inpatient facility Group has a compliance program Allow RecruitWell to set a up a phone call with you and the client to discuss more! Organization Information : Group employs 100+ physicians nationwide Physicians are typically employed as W2 If you do part-time, you d be a 1099 directly through the hiring entity Employed providers get full benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Malpractice insurance with a tail Full-time providers make a guaranteed $150,000 per year Once you meet the company s bonus structure, you get 70% of the billings On average, their full-time physicians make $300,000 annually Group uses an app called MD Coder it allows you to put your charges in with ease, provides you with billing codes, and ensures that all are meeting compliance standards RecruitWell's Core Values : Sense of urgency Teamwork Accountability Driven to win Higher consciousness
