Your Responsibilities :

What We’re Looking For :

5+ years of experience in project management for ground-up commercial construction

Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and contract negotiation

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams

Experience with multifamily, office, retail, K-12, or hospitality projects is a plus

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software
