Role : Physical Therapist - Home Health

Role Responsibilities :

• Required to prioritize start of care visits
• Required to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants
• Next day mandatory reporting of start of care visits
• Clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit
• Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office
• Be generally responsive during normal business hours

Requirement : CA PT License and one year of Home Health experience

Territory : Solano County, Ca (Will be required to expand as needed)

Schedule : 40 hours per week, Saturday-Wednesday

Training : 3 full days, one in house and two in the field

Documentation System : Kinnser

Equipment Issued : iPad, Telecommunication One Talk

Mileage Reimbursement :
