AdventHealth Palm Coast or Daytona Beach is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Advanced Practice Provider (APP) - either a Nurse Practitioner (ACNP / AGACNP) or Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C) - to join our Critical Care Medicine team as a Nocturnist. This full-time, 7-on / 7-off night role offers the best of both worlds : high-acuity ICU action and plenty of beach days off.

What You'll Do :

• Provide inpatient ICU care for adult critical care patients
• Manage overnight admissions, rounding, codes, and rapid responses
• Work alongside collaborative intensivists and hospitalists
• Use Epic EMR + access to state-of-the-art ICU tech
• Enjoy night shift autonomy in a supportive hospital culture
