Your Role :

The Internal Float Pool offers a unique opportunity to work across various critical areas such as ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support within our hospital, Aurora St. Luke's Medical Center.

Your focus will be on providing and coordinating comprehensive patient care through a robust nursing process. This includes assessing patient needs, planning and implementing care strategies, and conducting ongoing evaluations. You'll work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and engage in quality improvement initiatives.

Licenses & Certifications :

Must hold a Registered Nurse license in the state of practice and possess Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Required Education :

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

Essential Skills :

Ability to provide holistic, patient-centered care while effectively managing changing clinical situations. Proficient with electronic medical records and possess strong communication abilities. Demonstrate critical decision-making and problem-solving skills while collaborating with diverse teams.
