- Salary Range : $20.70-$24.84 / hr (Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge)
- 35-hour work week
- 4 weeks of paid time off
- Federal holidays off

About the Position :
This position is responsible for identifying the financial needs of each member and recommending appropriate financial solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Process New Accounts
Establish savings / membership accountsOpen checking accounts & order checksOpen money market accounts & order checksOpen subsequent savings, Christmas club, vacation club accountsCollect all required documentation (IDs, Death Certificates, Letters of Office, Etc.)Maintain Membership Records, Documentation, and File Maintenance
Process name changesProcess address changesProcess all required account maintenanceProcess and set-up auto share transfers, loan transfers and off-cycle transfers per member requestScan all applicable member documents dailyUtilize and record as required in SynapsysPossess basic knowledge of Alkami and assist with online supportPossess knowledge of bill pay and assist with the set-up and usagePrepare the daily inclearing and outclearing of checks and forward to accounting dailyRespond to Member Needs, Inquiries and Requests
Research account inquiries or discrepanciesProvide members with rates and account disclosure informationSuggest products and services to further benefit members' financial needsOrder check copies, plastics, statement copies, and reorder checks, etc.Process Member Mailed In Transactions
Post deposits to various share accountsPost loan paymentsProcess VISA paymentsSend receipts for mailed in depositsSend withdrawal checks or close accounts per written requestsProcess fee reversalsProcess GL payments and adjustmentsProcess Member Walk In Transactions

Examine checks for endorsements, negotiability, and determine if funds hold needs to be placedVerify transaction slip is completed accurately, assist member with completion if necessaryComplete transaction slip if one is not present with mail in transaction and clearly designate as mail depositMake sure all totals balance with computer teller balance totals and recyclers if applicable (checks for deposit, withdrawal checks, and teller cash drawer if applicable)Prepare daily cash letter and forward to accountingOther
Adhere to other duties as assignedAssist in the Contact Center as necessarySupport all branches in a floating teller capacity when necessaryAssist with cash delivery verificationAssist in the training of new hiresComplete all compliance and training modules in a timely fashionTele-contact as required and necessaryAdhere to HACU brand guidelines at all timesKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
