A company is looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth and build agency partnerships in the Oregon market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales growth and profitability by partnering with independent agencies

Cultivate agent relationships through coaching and strategic planning

Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to drive revenue

Required Qualifications

8-10+ years of insurance sales or agency management experience

Strong background in Oregon's independent agency channel

Proven ability to grow relationships and drive results

Bachelor's degree required; CIC or other industry certifications a plus
