Zoho One Administration : Manage, configure, and optimize the full suite of Zoho One applications. Customize modules, workflows, and blueprints, and maintain advanced dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics to support data-driven decisions.Deluge Scripting : Use Zoho Deluge scripting to create and maintain automation scripts that streamline business processes and automate repetitive tasks.Automated Workflows & Blueprints : Design and implement workflows and blueprints to improve efficiency and ensure process consistency.Business Requirements : Collaborate with department heads and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical configurations, workflows, and reports.Documentation : Develop a data dictionary to serve as the control center for all organizational terms, formulas, and KPIs.Must-Have Technical Skills
