Job Summary

The Senior Analyst - Advanced Analytics will play a critical role in Harley-Davidson's centralized analytics team, serving as a key contributor to data-driven decision-making across the organization. While primarily supporting motorcycle product and market analytics, this role will also collaborate with other business areas to deliver actionable insights, advanced analytics, and intuitive dashboards that inform strategic and operational decisions.

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct deep-dive analyses on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends. Be the subject matter expert for motorcycle industry data.
• Use statistical techniques to develop scenario analyses to support product strategy and lifecycle management.
• Design and maintain interactive dashboards for product and market KPIs using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Partner with product managers, marketing, and sales teams to understand business needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Work closely with data engineering teams to manage key strategic datasets and optimize data pipelines and sources for analytics.
• Drive efficiency and innovation using AI to push automation and advanced insight
