A company is looking for a PB Coding Manager (Radiology) - Remote.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure timely, accurate, and compliant coding and charge capture for assigned specialtiesMonitor and adjust workflows to meet established charge lag requirementsConduct quality reviews and provide education and training to coding team membersRequired QualificationsNine years of related coding experience or a Bachelor's Degree with five years of related coding experienceSolid supervisory and organizational skillsThorough knowledge of revenue cycle management practices and coding regulationsIn-depth knowledge of relevant information technology systems and methodologiesExperience leading remote teams and at least five years of management experience
