Job description
A company is looking for a Profee Coding Auditor & Educator to work remotely and enhance the quality of coding through auditing and education. Key Responsibilities Perform quality reviews and audits on internal coders Provide education and training to coders based on audit findings Collaborate with managers to identify performance needs and create training programs Required Qualifications RHIA, RHIT or CCS certification 2-5 years of experience in coding audits and reviews across various professional fee record types Knowledge of coding guidelines Experience with Microsoft Office, including 365, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong computer skills, including proficiency in audit software
