Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PT
Compensation: $80K - $95K per year (based on experience) + Mileage reimbursement

Supervise daily operations of risk adjustment coding and review teams, ensuring workflows, productivity, and quality standards are met.
Coach and mentor risk adjustment specialists and auditors to improve coding accuracy, documentation capture, and compliance with requirements.
Qualifications for the Risk Adjustment Coding Supervisor - Hybrid:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Public Health or related field required.
Professional coding certification (e.g., CPC, CCS, CCS-P, CRC, RHIT, RHIA)
Prior experience in risk adjustment coding and documentation review
Experience supervising staff or leading teams in a healthcare operations environment
