Reconstructed in 2009, the 70,000-square-foot clubhouse features a variety of indoor and outdoor dining venues, elegantly appointed banquet facilities, and private locker areas.
Beyond golf and dining, members enjoy wellness amenities designed to support healthy, active lifestyles. Front Server- Part Time The Front Server will assist members by placing food and drink orders, provide information about daily specials, and oversee ongoing table maintenance.
This position requires attention to detail, follow through, and the ability to multitask while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor. Duties & Expectations * Must have knowledge of a la carte dining, as well as wines and spirits service * Must have a basic understanding of wines & spirits * Responds to Member inquiries about food preparation, cocktails, courses, and chef specialties, all while accurately recording their orders * Identifying Members’ special dietary needs and special requests in the POS * Keep kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression in the POS * Running food from expo line to tables and bar * Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, and refilling water glasses * Ensure that the Members are completely satisfied with the food served * Accurately charge members for items purchased * Prepare room for dining by polishing silver, setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils * Additional duties as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
