- Our client is growing and seeking an individual to be the Head of Logistics / Distribution for their business. This role will be an integral part of the sr. leadership team and lead daily operations across logistics / distribution / warehousing / fulfillment for the business. Seeking high-volume distribution leadership experience; conveyance / automation; ERP; WMS implementation experience; CI / Lean / Six Sigma toolbox. Must have 5-10 years of sr. leadership experience in distribution operations; ERP and WMS systems experience; BA / BS degree. + / -$200K Salary + Bonus Opportunity plus equity.
