CDL A Drivers – Independent Contractors / Lease Purchase

Hirschbach Motor Lines has immediate lease opportunities for independent contractors and company driver positions.

800 Orientation Pay

  • Experienced drives only. Trainees are not eligible for this offer. Talk to a recruiter for details.

Company Positions Offers :

  • Starting pay $.50 CPM-  increased with tenure
  • Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive - $.05 to $.15 / mile  incremental bonus above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period.
  • The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period
  • Medical, Dental, & 401K
  • Paid Time Off

    • Solo Lease Highlights

  • Pay Increase of $0.12 CPM
  • 0.99 / gallon fuel regardless of pump price
  • Monthly Safety & Performance Incentive - $.10 to $.30 / mile  incremental bonus above 3,999 during the four-week bonus period
  • The operator must qualify for all four weeks of the bonus period
