- Event Days : 9 : 30 am 6 : 30 pm (1-hour lunch)
- Occasional Monday / Friday shifts for special events (with advance notice)

Job Responsibilities :
Front Desk & Visitor Support
Greet and assist visitors upon arrivalProvide basic technical support for conference and training roomsCommunicate with vendors customers and staffProvide general customer serviceMaintain and uphold EECs mission values policies procedures and principlesWorkshop & Event Support
Coordinate logistics and set up for workshops and meetingsAssist instructors and internal teams with administrative tasksSupport registration attendance and customer inquiriesProvide support to customers before during and after workshops and eventsFacilities & Operations
Support building operations and maintenanceOrganize operational documents and support document developmentSubmit facility maintenance requestsOrder and manage suppliesTours and Demo support :
Set up & assist team with equipment demonstrations tours and consultations.Assist with scheduling and coordinating toursLending Program Support :
Monitor and assist all reservations for lending programsPrepare and package equipment based on reservationsSupport program pick-up and drop off at the EECKeep accurate loan recordsRequired :
High School DiplomaDesired :
Bilingual (English / Spanish)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet-based applicationsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeAttention to detail and organizational skillsKey Skills
