• All candidates must currently have an active NC license.
• Level of Experience - Minimum of 2 years
• Schedule - 12 hour shifts; 7p-7a
• Case Mix - General, Ortho, Endo, Urology, GYN, Robotics, Neuro / Spine. Very little Peds.
• No craniotomies or transplants.  There is a dedicated team for cardiac; however,  a comfort level with all service lines is required as there could be a potential to be exposed to neuro, cardiac, and peds cases.
• Support Staff - No  AAs but they have anesthesia techs.
• Care Team Model - Yes
• EMR - Cerner & AIMS
• Temps / IPCN privileges only to providers with a clean file.
