Job descriptionIn-house and mobile digital radiography equipment . Portable ultrasound machines for small and large animals. Small animal anesthesia machines and a fully equipped surgery suite . Equine and ruminant haul-in facilities for comprehensive care. Ambulatory care : Each doctor is provided with a truck and fully stocked vet box for mobile visits. Minimal On-Call Schedule : Rotations shared among 7 doctors, ensuring ample time to recharge and enjoy life outside of work. On-call duties are limited to one weekend every 6 weeks and only 2-4 weekdays a month , with additional time off following on-call shifts. Diverse Caseload : From performance horses to household pets, no two days are the same, offering variety and stimulating work. Unmatched Location : Enjoy the best weather in the USA with easy access to beaches, mountains, and endless outdoor recreation opportunities. Salary : $100,000 - $120,000+ depending on experience + 26% Production Equity with Ownership : Ownership options to invest in the future of the practice. Relocation Assistance : Receive a $5,000 relocation package to make your move seamless. Signing Bonus : Enjoy a $10,000 signing bonus for full-time DVMs. Professional Growth : Annual CE allowance, dedicated CE-specific time off, and access to MentorVet for peer support and training. 401k Match : 100% match on the first 3% and 50% match on the next 3%. Work-Life Balance : Minimal on-call duties and flexible scheduling, with additional time off following on-call rotations.
