About The Position

Specialty accepted : Nurse Practitioner

Start date or shifts : ASAP – Ongoing

• Daily schedule : 3 days per week; 8 : 30 a.m.–5 : 00 p.m.;

Practice setting : Outpatient Primary Care

Types of procedures : Family practice including children from 5 years old to elderly; chronic care; no procedures

Number of patients : 18 per day

Ages : 5–100

Additional information : Provider will collaborate with a medical director, RN charge nurses, and assigned LPNs. FQHC setting. Prefers a temp-to-perm candidate. EMR system : E-Clinical Works (training provided). Mileage reimbursement available.
