Job Description

Responsibilities will include :

Creating and maintaining a positive work environment
Ensuring consistent delivery of quality food and great service
Monitoring and reinforcing food safety procedures
Coaching and training crew members
Maintaining proper staffing levels
P&L Implementation - Managing controllable expenses and food, labor, and paper costs
Working closely with Operations to ensure company required standard procedures and guidelines are being followed
Sales growth? ?

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment :

Supervision and Leadership

Proven interest in food with particular interest in healthy, genuine, authentic products

Elemental knowledge of Italian language, and / or willingness to learn some words and common expressions

Recruiting, Interviewing and Selection

Training and development practices

Planning and budgeting

P&L analysis and corrective measures

Federal, state and local employment laws

Local Store Marketing and development of sales opportunities

Education and Experience ?

College degree and 3 - 4 years of experience in the quick service restaurant industry;

or equivalent combination of education and experience.?
