Job descriptionManage the routing and scheduling of students and passengers using a computerized system Prepare and distribute route information, including special accommodations, to drivers Maintain fleet information, vehicle schedules, routing updates, and electronic records Communicate route changes promptly using company systems Analyze and revise routes for safety, efficiency, and compliance Conduct occasional ride-alongs to verify route accuracy and timing Serve as a liaison with parents, school staff, contractors, and the public Maintain records of mileage, passengers, and expenses for reporting and invoicing Dispatch calls to vehicles, monitor on-time performance, and support drivers and attendants Handle phone and radio traffic, providing real-time solutions to issues Serve as a backup driver when needed High school diploma or GED required; Bachelors degree preferred 3+ years of experience in routing and dispatching (school transportation or medical / non-medical passenger transport preferred) Strong knowledge of Philadelphia and the surrounding counties geography Familiarity with PennDOT rules and local / state student transportation policies Experience with computerized routing and scheduling systems Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Skilled with two-way radio / dispatch equipment, computers, and telematics Drug & Alcohol Testing TB Test Background Checks : PA Child Abuse Clearance FBI Fingerprints (via IdentoGO) National Criminal Background Check Medical (Full-time eligible) Free Dental, Vision, Life (Part-time 20+ hrs) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Holiday & Performance Bonuses Supportive, team-focused work environment

Service Area : Philadelphia & Surrounding Counties
Lync Transportation is a trusted provider of safe, compassionate transportation services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region. We proudly serve students, seniors, and individuals with special needs through our school and non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) programs. We are seeking a full-time Transportation Analyst / Dispatcher to support our daily operations, manage routing and scheduling, and ensure safe and efficient service for all passengers.
