Job Title : RN - Medical / Surgical (MS)

Job Location : Enid, OK

Job Duration : 3 Months (possibility of extension)

Shift : 3 x 12s Nights, 6 : 00pm - 6 : 00am

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Fulfills the needs of the patients, families and community by performing a variety of patient care functions and tasks in accordance with his / her licensure, certification, training, and regulatory requirements.
• Delivers care to patients in a competent, capable, caring and efficient manner.
• Applies knowledge of growth and development over the life span necessary to provide age appropriate care.
• Demonstrates the ability to obtain information and interpret information in terms of the patients needs.
• Demonstrates an understanding of the range of treatment needed by these patients.
• Makes initial assessment, and determines appropriate nursing needs of assigned patients, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
• Performs initial and ongoing assessment on all assigned patients, including a review of systems, as evidence by appropriate documentation.
• Completes admission assessment in time frame established, according to policy and procedures.
