Post Closing Analyst : II (Intermediate)

Genesis10 is seeking a Post Closing Analyst II. This is a 4- month contract position with a banking client located in OH. This is a hybrid position requiring 4 days on-site per week. ​Compensation : $24.00 - 27.50 per hour, depending on skill and experience level. Responsibilities : Provides advanced clerical support to Home Lending Secondary Marketing Coordinates a variety of complex tasks and data input under minimal supervision Resolves data discrepancies between Loan Origination Systems and agency-calculated values Maintains detailed knowledge of company operations, organizational procedures, agency eligibility guidelines, and loan delivery standards Adheres to bank policies and procedures and complies with legal, regulatory and investor-defined reporting, remitting, and reconciling requirements Complete loans prefund documentation, closing approval, and deliver closing package to Bond Agencies - OHFA, MSHDA, WVH, IHDA, IHCDA and MNHFA Work closely with internal Home Lending departments and title Companies to research and resolve loan issues Must be able to prioritize daily workload to stay on the tasks of the multi-stage of loan purchase stages Assist Home Lending Secondary Market Shippers during high production with loan deliveries Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
