Job description
A company is looking for a Tech Lead, Web Development to guide their team in building world-class web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers, providing guidance, mentorship, and code reviews
Architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions
Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical roadmaps
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Tech Lead or in a similar leadership role
Deep expertise in WordPress development and strong command of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript
Strong understanding of technical SEO and on-page SEO practices
Experience with hosting platforms and web analytics tools
A strong portfolio showcasing past web development work
