Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Data Analyst to join their remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Transform business questions into clear analytical problems and build scalable frameworks for repeatable solutions

Partner with various teams to define key metrics, track performance, and uncover insights for growth and efficiency

Own the complete analytics workflow, integrating AI tools and creating documentation for self-service capabilities

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field at a fast-paced tech company

Strong experience with BI and analytics tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) and data modeling

Advanced proficiency in SQL and experience with modern data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery)

Proficiency in Python or R for analytical modeling and exploratory analysis

Experience with payroll, finance, or media / entertainment domains is a strong plus
