California Licensed Provider Engagement Manager

A company is looking for a Senior Provider Engagement Account Manager to develop strategic partnerships with provider networks and drive performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary contact for providers, ensuring coordinated efforts to improve financial and quality performance

Manage network provider performance through a consultative approach and evaluate performance to develop strategic improvement plans

Conduct regular visits with physicians to discuss performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement in patient care

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

Three or more years of experience in managed care, provider relations, or clinical operations

Project management experience in a medical group, IPA, or health plan setting

Proficient in HEDIS / Quality measures, cost, and utilization

Strong communication and presentation skills
