Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis to identify platform trends; analyze content performance and generate qualitative and quantitative insights; recap and summarize insights to inform future content strategy and plans.
• Manage end-to-end creator partnership establishment including sourcing, outreach, contract implementation, content delivery and quality, reporting and analysis.
• Coach and guide creators on editing posts (photo / video) to improve platform content quality and create external-facing graphics / visuals when needed.
• Analyze data to draw insights around creators and users; identify potential issues and find solutions to achieve goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and vertical growth.
• Demonstrate product expertise and educate creators on best practices to help accelerate growth and ensure creator deliverables meet business expectations.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to shape content and influencer strategy.

Job Information

Pay transparency — Compensation : base salary range for this position in the selected city is $83,600 – $192,534 annually. Total compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and stock units; base pay is one component of the total package. Benefits vary by location and role; standard benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid leave, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, holidays, sick days and paid personal time.
