This opportunity is with a mid-sized general contractor specializing in multifamily construction projects. The company has a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects and is known for its stable pipeline of work in Denver and along the Front Range.

The Multifamily Superintendent will be expected to :

• Manage all on-site activities for multifamily construction projects, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to maintain project schedules and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to stay on track.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and maintain a clean, safe job site.
• Communicate regularly with project managers and clients to provide updates on project status.
• Review and approve project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and change orders.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets company and client standards.
• Foster strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
