Job Description

Oversee all phases of Class A office interior construction projects from planning to closeout. Manage budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate closely with clients, architects, designers, contractors, and internal teams. Review and manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation. Lead project meetings, track progress, and proactively resolve issues. Ensure adherence to safety standards, quality requirements, and client expectations. Provide clear communication and reporting to stakeholders at all stages of the project. Mentor and guide project engineers and assistant project managers as needed.

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience managing Class A office interior construction projects or similar commercial interiors. Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration. Excellent communication, leadership, and client-relationship skills. Ability to thrive in fast-paced, detail-driven environments with multiple stakeholders. Demonstrated problem-solving ability and proactive project management approach. Commitment to safety, quality, and delivering exceptional results. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.).
