BOARD CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA)

We are searching for a full time Master's-prepared Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for our Social Services Inpatient Team .

What Role Will You Play?

This role focuses on supporting both adults and adolescents through evidence-based behavioral interventions, staff training, and program development. The BCBA will play a key role in enhancing therapeutic outcomes and fostering a safe, supportive environment utilizing trauma-informed principles for patients and staff.

What Does Fairfax Require for this Role?

• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field a s well as the desire to help our patients improve their lives.
• Board Certification (BCBA) required; State of Washington Licensed Behavior Analyst
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an ABA, behavioral health, or inpatient setting, preferably with adolescents.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• All Fairfax employees must successfully pass the Handle With Care course completed during New Employee Orientation. A positive attitude and outlook will make you successful in this role, as well as an understanding of the importance of regulatory-driven deadlines and the ability to stay organized while needing to pivot based on competing important priorities.
