The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, ensuring that every task-no matter how small-is completed with accuracy and care. They take a proactive approach to driving accountability and improving operational efficiency across teams. This individual will play a key supporting role in both the Operations and Human Resources departments, contributing to the smooth execution of day-to-day functions and strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities Include (but not limited to) :
- Monitor and oversee all operations emails
- Prioritize and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner.
- Oversee Slack complaints to ConnecTeam and Portal
- Oversee all Slack channels including but not limited to :
Missed trash, General, and Operations channels
Monday thru Friday - 9am-5pm
