A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (Maternity Leave Replacement).
Key Responsibilities
Develop, improve, automate, and implement sales processes and performance improvement initiatives
Maintain and analyze the sales pipeline in the CRM system and generate reports on performance metrics
Run training sessions for stakeholders on new technologies or strategies and manage sales analytics
Required Qualifications
Experience in cost-benefit analysis
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
Expertise in Excel
Prior experience in sales or business development
Knowledge in the fashion, luxury, or beauty industry is a plus
