Unit Overview :

Become part of our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you’ll work closely with patients undergoing :

• Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections
• Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries
• Patients with hemorrhagic and ischemic strokes

• Deliver and coordinate comprehensive, evidence-based patient care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and compassionate care
• Apply critical thinking and clinical judgment to support optimal outcomes
• Enhance patient experiences across the continuum of care

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess and respond to the patient's needs continuously
• Implement safety strategies and engage patients and families in their care
• Coordinate discharge plans using an interdisciplinary approach
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications :

• Active Registered Nurse license and BLS certification required
• Completion of an accredited Nursing program
• 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Willingness to engage in teamwork and collaboration

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to lift, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
