Job descriptionDesign and implement individualized ABA treatment programs Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and functional behavior analyses Develop measurable treatment goals and objectives Provide direct supervision to RBTs and other staff members Train and mentor team members on evidence-based practices Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and regulatory requirements Participate in team meetings and case consultations Master's degree in ABA or related field Active BCBA certification in good standing Experience working with school-aged children and / or toddlers Prior experience working with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities Strong data collection and analysis skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Commitment to compassionate, individualized care and taking pride in quality work Reliable transportation for community-based services Experience in both school and community-based ABA settings Multilingual abilities (Spanish, etc.) - a plus but not required Previous supervisory experience with RBTs or other staff - a plus but not required Supervision provided for BCBAs seeking additional certifications (if applicable) Opportunities to supervise RBTs and BCaBAs Continuing Education Unit (CEU) support Conference attendance funding (up to approved amount) Ongoing professional development opportunities Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and flexible benefit options Flexible scheduling options for full-time and part-time positions Variety of service settings : schools and in-home / community locations Supportive, collaborative team environment Mission-driven organization focused on client autonomy and respect Client Autonomy : Prioritizing dignity and self-determination of each individual Respectful Service : Delivering care with kindness, empathy, and consideration Quality and Excellence : Continuously striving for improvement and best practices Collaboration and Community : Working in partnership with families and professionals Innovation and Creativity : Seeking creative solutions for diverse client needs

Position Overview
The BCBA designs and oversees individualized ABA programs, conducts assessments, sets goals, trains and supervises staff, and collaborates with families to ensure services reflect GrayColors' commitment to individuality and neurodiversity.
