Job description

A company is looking for a Business Data Analyst II.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze complex business problems using data to provide insights for decision-makers

Deliver tailored insights focusing on operational KPIs and service level performance

Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to identify trends and generate insights

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Minimum of 2 years of related experience

Experience with statistical and business intelligence tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Tableau

Basic knowledge of ITIL version 3 frameworks

Familiarity with ticketing tools like ServiceNow and Remedy
