Surgical Technician Instructor - Erie, PA
Job Type : Full-Time / Part-Time
Setting : Allied Health School / Vocational Institute
Shift : Daytime (Monday-Friday)
Responsibilities :
- Teach surgical tech courses using approved curriculum
- Evaluate student work fairly and enter grades weekly
- Track and report daily attendance (online : twice weekly)
- Provide academic support during office hours
- Prepare syllabi and lesson plans
- Maintain classroom discipline and student confidentiality
- Ensure 80%+ retention and certification pass rates
- Attend trainings, meetings, and graduation events
- Stay current in the field via professional development
