Job Description

LinkedIn Talent Solutions is seeking a dynamic, results-oriented, and mission-driven Director to lead our growth within the Nonprofit customer segment across North America. In this influential role, you'll own the strategy to accelerate revenue growth, build strong client partnerships, and expand LinkedIn's presence within the nonprofit sector, a market full of organizations driving social impact and economic opportunity. Your team will partner with nonprofit organizations of all sizes to transform how they hire, develop talent, and fundraise. The gratifying result is helping nonprofits modernize their HR and talent acquisition strategies, develop workforce-ready teams, and gain insights into talent outcomes and impact. You will also partner with LinkedIn's Social Impact Team, which makes this role unique and broader than most Director roles. The pay range for this role is $319,000 to $486,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and / or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
