Job description

Position : EMT-B

Location : Port Arthur, TX

Job Type : Travel Assignment

Overview :

Join a private EMS company providing 911 emergency services and inter-facility transfers (IFTs) in Port Arthur, TX. This is a 16-week assignment designed for experienced EMTs looking for a structured, rotational schedule with competitive pay and provided lodging.

Assignment Details :

Duration : 16 weeks
Schedule : 14 days on / 14 days off (Wednesday to Wednesday)
Shift Length : 12-hour shifts
Compensation : $3,892 per 14-day work period
Travel Stipend : $400 included in pay
Pay Frequency : Biweekly
Call Volume : Average of 4 to 7 calls per 12-hour shift
Lodging : Provided during scheduled work weeks only

Requirements :

Minimum of 2–3 years EMT experience.

Work Schedule May Include :

Day and evening shifts.

Night and overnight shifts.

Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Certifications Required :

BLS Certification (Required).

PALS Certification (Required).

ACLS Certification (Required).

Texas EMS or EMS Compact State License (Required).
