A company is looking for a Technical Support Specialist- Commercial.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level support for Business Voice & Data products through diagnosis, troubleshooting, and problem escalation
Interact with customers, vendors, and technicians to resolve service-impacting issues
Document technical issues and solutions in the company's ticketing or billing systems
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
1 year of experience in telecommunications or technical support in a call center environment
Industry-recognized certifications such as CCENT, Network +, or equivalent telecommunications training are a plus
Knowledge of Internet protocols, telephony, and networking tools is advantageous
Flexibility in scheduling, including potential evening and weekend hours
